The term “Wear and Tear” is a loosely used word by insurance adjusters.  As public adjusters we are committed to helping define what constitutes old damage and wear and tear.  Many times insurance companies won’t pay and deny coverage for damage due to old damage and wear and tear.  These terms are many time inappropriately used and may not apply to your claim.  A professional discussion with us and your insurance carrier can help define these terms.  Our bottom line is our commitment for recovery of the best financial settlement for you. We work with all claims, IE: water restoration, fire restoration, mold damage, asbestos, hail damage, or any property damage.

+Why Does a Property Owner Need a Public Adjuster? The face of the Insurance Companies has changed…MORE
The face of the Insurance Companies has changed in more recent years.  It’s not just a smile and a handshake anymore, they are sending the message that they are your “friend”.  Sometimes it’s difficult to tell who your friends are, especially when dealing with large amounts of money.  Un-compromised Loyalty:  We are professionals committed to enforcing the contracts built into an insurance policy.  The insurance company wrote the policy and we simply hold them accountable for the policy contract they wrote.   A typical fire or flood policy contains hundreds of provisions and stipulations, constantly changing forms and endorsements.  We represent only policyholders. We are not dependent upon insurance companies for markets, commissions or fees. Our loyalty is to our policyholder clients only, and we pursue recoveries without any conflicts of interest.

It’s basic, If you don’t get paid we don’t get paid. Our service fee is minimal and will be offset or absorbed by the better settlement that we will attain for you vs. what the insurance settlement the company will have you settle with, if you represent yourself.  Property insurance claims are complicated and when a loss occurs, we can provide an immediate, no cost on-site inspection and review of your insurance policy.   Our settlements pay for themselves – not to mention the time, hassle, and anxiety we can save you.  We charge an average of 10% of the final settlement.

Sometimes you can.  We will tell you up front if we can’t make a difference in your claim.  Our pledge to you is that if we do not believe our involvement in your claim will make a difference, we’ll tell you right up front.  The preparation of a property damage claim without the assistance of their own insurance loss adjuster working on their behalf is unfamiliar territory.  As claims get more complicated, however, so does the time and energy required to accurately document every detail of your loss. A very thorough understanding of valuation requirements is critical to presenting a complex insurance claim along with comprehensive supporting documentation that ensures a full, expedited financial recovery.

The initial steps you take could have a profound effect on the outcome of your claim.

Hiring us to represent you is important, the inner workings of an insurance claim are very complicated and you are busy stabilizing your life from a recent loss.  Our settlements pay for themselves – not to mention the time, hassle, and anxiety we can save you.    Many homeowners do not collect all the money they’re entitled simply because they don’t know the ins and outs of the claim process.
